KIA Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP) in Miami, FL, is seeking Military Veterans with mechanical experience to join as Automotive Service Technicians. This GI Bill® approved full-time position offers a one-year apprenticeship, leading to Kia Service Technician certification and provides the necessary training and support for a rewarding career in the automotive industry. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing Kia vehicles, maintaining safety protocols, and working alongside experienced technicians. Veterans will also receive a Monthly Housing Allowance during their training.

Qualifications

• Must have an honorable discharge from the U.S. Military.
• Experience in a mechanical or technical field is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with service staff.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles.
• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostics.
• Test drive vehicles to verify repair quality.
