Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional remote technical support to clients experiencing automotive issues, diagnosing problems through detailed questioning and analysis.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all support interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product specialists, to resolve complex or recurring technical challenges.
• Develop and update technical documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for both internal and external users.
• Stay informed about new vehicle technologies, diagnostic procedures, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a hands-on automotive repair or technical support role.
• Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, engine management, and common diagnostic procedures.
