Qualifications

• 1 year of Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and exceptional service to all external and internal customers.
• Creatively resolve customer issues and manage orders to resolution.
• Professionally handle all incoming calls and meet or exceed service metrics.
• Own and resolve customer problems; identify root causes and take corrective action.
• Have general knowledge of the product line and pricing schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
