Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in electrical, mechanical, software, or systems engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• 3–5 years of automotive industry experience.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical content clearly.
• Excellent project coordination abilities.
• Background in automotive systems with ISO 26262 awareness.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Knowledge of INCOSE requirements decomposition.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and track CFOs efficiently.
• Analyze CFOs to ensure alignment with objectives and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on global feature strategy.
• Support platform and program-specific feature development.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and VoC activities during development.
• Review or develop system/network topology diagrams; troubleshoot across software, hardware, and field perspectives.
