Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking a Feature Systems Engineer in Auburn Hills, MI for an onsite role focused on delivering CFOs, system-level features, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will analyze CFOs, align with project objectives, support feature development, and conduct competitive benchmarking and VOC clinics to guide the product strategy.

Candidates should have ABET-accredited degree and 3–5 years automotive experience, with ISO 26262 and INCOSE knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of automotive experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Good project coordination skills.
• ISO 26262 knowledge preferred; INCOSE requirements decomposition knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and track CFOs (Customer Feature Objectives) efficiently.
• Conduct thorough analysis to ensure CFOs align with project objectives and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and align on a global strategy for new features.
• Support platform and program-specific new feature development.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and voice-of-customer clinics to support development.
