Job summary

Experis in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking an Automotive System Engineer for an onsite contract-to-hire role. You will translate customer expectations into vehicle/system-level requirements and coordinate cross-functional teams including software, hardware, electrical, mechanical, and systems.

Automotive System Engineer

Auburn Hills, MI 48309 • Onsite Opportunity • Contract to hire • Pay rate: $32 hourly

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create, update and track CFOs(Customer Feature Objective) efficiently.
• Conduct thorough analysis to ensure all the CFOs align with project objectives and standards
• Work with cross functional teams to develop and follow best practices to align on a global strategy for new features
• Support platform new feature development
• Support program specific new feature development
• Conducting competitive benchmarking & voice of customer clinics to support the development process

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science: Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering or an equivalent from an ABET accredited university
• 3 to 5 years of automotive experience
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to communicate technical content to a non-technical audience
• Good project coordination skills
