Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a systems engineer for a 3-month contract in Auburn Hills, MI. The role focuses on defining and tracking CFOs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and standards, and working with cross-functional teams to implement best practices on a global scale.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, automotive experience, knowledge of ISO 26262 and INCOSE requirements, and strong communication skills to convey technical content to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science: Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering or an equivalent from an ABET accredited university.
3 to 5 years of automotive experience.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to convey technical content to a non-technical audience.
Automotive Systems Background.
Knowledge of ISO 26262.
Ability to interpret various regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Knowledge of INCOSE requirements decomposition.

Responsibilities

Create, update and track CFOs (Customer Feature Objective) efficiently.
Conduct thorough analysis to ensure all CFOs align with project objectives and standards.
Work with cross-functional teams to develop and follow best practices to align on a global strategy for new features.
Conducting competitive benchmarking & voice of customer clinics to support the development process.
