Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• Active and unrestricted driver’s license required
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
• Minimum 1 year related experience preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Background check and clean Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) required

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with Store Manager including scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization
• Provide legendary customer service and drive sales through promotions, financing options, and upsell opportunities
• Listen to customer needs and offer knowledgeable automotive repair recommendations
• Explain service offerings, benefits, and pricing to customers
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, accurate appointment completion
• Schedule appointments based on availability and profitability
• Maintain accurate customer records and service histories
• Process service orders, invoices, and payments
• Ensure services comply with safety and quality standards
• Support KPI tracking and budgeting efforts
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and comply with OSHA policies
