Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Store Manager for a Glendale, AZ market. You will lead daily operations, drive guest services, and maximize sales and profitability through efficient cost control and smart staffing.

The role requires strong leadership, proven retail or automotive service management experience, and the ability to recruit, train, and coach a team while maintaining high standards of safety and service. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience leading a team in a similar role.
• Proven experience in retail or automotive service management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clearly defined goals.
• Valid driver\'s license and ability to meet Sun Auto\'s driving requirements.
• Willingness to relocate or accept placement in an open store upon program completion.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store performance and profitability.
• Set expectations and communicate regularly with employees on job responsibilities, goals, training, development, and customer service.
• Recruit, interview, and hire new employees in partnership with HR.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for all employees.
• Analyze and measure business trends; develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet targets.
