Bob’s Main Street Auto & Towing is seeking an experienced Automotive Store Manager for our Decorah Road location. This hands-on leadership role demands a strong automotive background, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to coach technicians and service advisors.

You’ll oversee daily operations, drive performance, and foster a positive team culture while collaborating with company leadership to identify growth opportunities.

About This Role:

Are you an experienced automotive professional ready to take the next step in your career? Bob’s Main Street Auto & Towing is looking for a motivated, experienced Automotive Store Manager to help lead our Decorah Road location! We are a family-owned and operated business that takes pride in providing honest, quality automotive service while building lasting relationships with our customers and employees. With multiple locations and a growing team, we're looking for someone who wants to take ownership of their store, lead by example, and help us continue growing.

This is a hands-on leadership position. We're looking for someone who has a strong automotive background, enjoys working with people, and isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.

What You'll Be Doing:
