Bob’s Main Street Auto & Towing is seeking an experienced Automotive Store Manager to lead a growing, family‑owned shop. This hands‑on role requires strong automotive knowledge and a passion for coaching teams to deliver honest, high‑quality service.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor technicians and service advisors, drive customer satisfaction, and partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities. A positive, proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong automotive repair and industry experience.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex vehicle concerns and support technicians.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Someone who leads by example and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to take ownership of the store’s success.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction, teamwork, and accountability.
• Follow all safety procedures and use provided safety equipment.

We are a family-owned and operated business that takes pride in providing honest, quality automotive service while building lasting relationships with our customers and employees. With multiple locations and a growing team, we're looking for someone who wants to take ownership of their store, lead by example, and help us continue growing. This is a hands‑on leadership position. We're looking for someone who has a strong automotive background, enjoys working with people, and isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.
