Bob’s Main Street Auto & Towing is looking for a motivated, experienced Automotive Store Manager to help lead our Decorah Road location! We are a family-owned and operated business that takes pride in providing honest, quality automotive service while building lasting relationships with our customers and employees. With multiple locations and a growing team, we're looking for someone who wants to take ownership of their store, lead by example, and help us continue growing.

This is a hands‑on leadership position. We're looking for someone who has a strong automotive background, enjoys working with people, and isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee daily shop operations to keep work moving efficiently and customers satisfied.
• Lead, coach, and support technicians and service advisors.
• Help service advisors with customer communication, repair recommendations, and workflow.
