Compensation: $60,000 to $75,000 based on experience and potential incentives
The Store Manager provides daily leadership to store staff, including Technicians and Guest Care Specialists, reporting to the District Manager. Responsibilities include team development, sales promotion, customer service, inventory management, safety compliance, and operational excellence.
Work in an automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
