Compensation: $60,000 to $75,000 based on experience and potential incentives

Job Description

The Store Manager provides daily leadership to store staff, including Technicians and Guest Care Specialists, reporting to the District Manager. Responsibilities include team development, sales promotion, customer service, inventory management, safety compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop sales and technical teammates to ensure a 5-star Guest experience.
  2. Achieve sales goals through strategic planning and product knowledge.
  3. Promote tire and service products to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.
  4. Train staff on shop operations and guest services.
  5. Oversee staffing, recruiting, hiring, and performance management.
  6. Manage expenses including payroll, supplies, and utilities.
  7. Handle inventory, including tires and parts.
  8. Ensure store cleanliness and readiness.
  9. Schedule appointments and assign tasks based on skills.
  10. Build customer relationships for loyalty and retention.
  11. Convey repair and service needs effectively to guests.
  12. Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  13. Maintain technical knowledge through training.
  14. Operate and maintain equipment safely.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Leadership experience in retail/sales.
  • Ability to manage financial results and control costs.
  • Motivational skills to lead teams toward goals.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Completion of required training.
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Work in an automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
