Position Overview

The Store Manager provides daily leadership to store staff, including Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Managers. Reporting to the District Manager, the role involves coaching, developing, and managing store operations to promote products and services, ensuring excellent guest experiences and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop sales and technical teammates to deliver a 5-star Guest experience.
  2. Achieve sales goals through planning, product knowledge, and industry understanding.
  3. Introduce products to maximize sales, guest satisfaction, and loyalty.
  4. Support team training and development on shop operations and customer service.
  5. Oversee technicians and assist with services/repairs as needed.
  6. Manage staffing, including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  7. Control expenses related to payroll, supplies, utilities, and maintenance.
  8. Manage inventory, including tires and parts, and ensure store cleanliness and readiness.
  9. Schedule guest appointments and assign tasks based on skill levels.
  10. Promote sales through customer engagement and promotions.
  11. Address guest needs, complaints, and adjustments effectively.
  12. Build customer relationships to foster loyalty and retention.
  13. Convey repair and service needs clearly to guests.
  14. Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and governmental regulations.
  15. Maintain technical proficiency through ongoing training.
  16. Operate and maintain equipment safely.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Leadership experience in retail or sales environments.
  • Ability to manage financial results and control costs.
  • Strong motivational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
