Retail Store Manager (RSM) works as the leader of a retail team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They embody the T-Mobile brand and Arch Telecom’s core values. Our RSMs lead by example as brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are their top priority. They build meaningful connections with customers by understanding their needs and passionately educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions.

What you'll do in your role?

  1. Lead by example, demonstrating all the qualities necessary for your team to succeed:
  2. Assist customers in continuing their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
  3. Explore individual customer needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
  4. Ensure your store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing sales, inventory, and store initiatives.
  5. Sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
  6. Maintain your store at its best, ensuring a positive shopping environment.

Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.

Become proficient with digital tools to enhance customer interactions and onboarding by demonstrating:

  • Coverage maps showing LTE network availability in customers’ neighborhoods.
  • How T-Mobile plans and services enable customers to live unlimited, stay connected, and go further.
  • Device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting processes.

Complete training on T-Mobile’s in-store experience, new skills, systems, and resources.

Build relationships and partner with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service, to:

  • Own the customer experience and resolve issues seamlessly.
  • Identify and pass small business leads.
  • Develop strong peer relationships, fostering accountability and success.
  • Provide a first-class customer experience while having a good time.
