Job Responsibilities

Automotive Store Manager

• Lead and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive sales performance and enhance product knowledge
• Manage store operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory
• Oversee technical services and repairs
• Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards
• Build customer relationships and address their needs
• Maintain technical proficiency through training

Automotive Technician

• Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify repairs
• Conduct Monro's Courtesy Inspection on customer vehicles
• Assist with inventory and store duties
• Perform services following safety standards
• Test drive vehicles as needed
• Maintain technical knowledge through training
• Operate equipment safely

Salary and Compensation

Store Manager: $55,000 - $80,000 annually plus incentives

Technician: $20 - $25 per hour, with additional flat rate opportunities

Qualifications

Store Manager

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good MVR
• Leadership experience in retail or sales
• Financial management skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to perform job duties

Technician

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Automotive training or experience
• ASE certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to conduct test drives
• Own basic tools or participate in Monro’s tool program
