Qualifications

• Ability to comply with PPE regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Build effective relationships with customers and staff to deliver positive experiences.

• Handle store operations including customer service, sales, and office duties.
• Explain benefits of services and products to customers to drive sales.
• Perform vehicle inspections and communicate maintenance requirements to customers and management.
• Assist in training and execution of company programs and policies.
• Support Store Manager in achieving budgeted sales, gross profit, and payroll goals.
• Review financial statements, reconcile cash handling, and manage accounts receivable.
