Job summary

PTC, a global software leader, seeks a Business Solutions Manager - Automotive to drive qualification, scoping, estimation, and proposal generation of implementation and advisory services in the Automotive verticals.

You will position implementation packages as prime, develop optimal statements of work, and lead deals from early engagement through C‑suite sponsorship, partnering with Sales, Solutions Consulting, and Partner Services to maximize value and expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and partner stakeholders
• Experience selling services and scoping projects with statements of work
• Strong track record in Medical Device or Automotive sectors
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in quota-carrying sales roles

Responsibilities

• Qualify, scope, estimate, and propose implementation & advisory services
• Position and sell advisory services to support credible SOWs
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, and Partner teams
• Manage deals from initial contact to executive sponsorship
