Job summary

Pecheles Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our service department's technician team. This is a leadership role, not a turning-wrench role — you'll be running the shop, not working under a lift.

You will supervise daily technician work, ensure quality with comprehensive reviews, manage warranty documentation, and drive productivity with the Service Manager. ASE certification and a clean driving record are valued, with a career path across our six-rooftop group in

Qualifications

• Hands-on technician experience with strong diagnostic and repair background
• Ability to supervise, coach, and hold a team accountable to quality and productivity
• Working knowledge of manufacturer warranty guidelines and documentation requirements
• ASE certification preferred; manufacturer-specific certifications a plus
• Sharp eye for quality control and low tolerance for shortcuts
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

If you know what a clean repair order looks like, can spot a comeback before it happens, and can get a team of technicians pulling in the same direction, we want you leading our floor.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate the daily work of the technician team, assigning jobs based on skill level, certification, and shop capacity
• Perform quality control review on completed repairs before vehicles are released, catching errors before they become comebacks
• Oversee warranty repair compliance, ensuring documentation, procedures, and repair standards meet manufacturer requirements
• Serve as the technical escalation point for technicians working through diagnostic or repair challengesPartner with the Service Manager on shop scheduling, workflow, and technician productivity
• Monitor technician certification status and coordinate ongoing manufacturer training requirements
• Maintain shop safety, cleanliness, and equipment standards
