Pecheles Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our service department's technician team. This leadership role focuses on running the shop, not turning wrenches, ensuring repairs are completed correctly and efficiently.

You will supervise technicians, manage workflow with the Service Manager, and coordinate ongoing manufacturer training while maintaining safety and quality standards across the shop.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a technician team in a high-volume shop.
• Proven ability to ensure quality and productivity standards.
• Knowledge of manufacturer warranty guidelines and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work of technician team and assign jobs by skill and capacity.
• Perform quality control review on repairs before vehicle release.
• Oversee warranty repair compliance and ensure proper documentation.
