Job summary

John Eagle Honda of Dallas, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking a Service Advisor to initiate services, communicate with customers and technicians, and develop repair estimates. You will prepare repair orders, obtain signatures, and enter orders into the service database while maintaining customer records.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, following proven processes, and building lifelong customer relationships with a tenured team in a large Honda dealership network.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Service Advisor experience.
• 1+ year of automotive technician experience is a plus.
• Team player focused on exemplary customer service.
• 1 year of mechanical understanding of an automobile.

Responsibilities

• Initiate automotive services by identifying performance problems and service requests.
• Serve as liaison between customer and technician to ensure needs are understood.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculate customer payment.
