You will prepare repair orders, obtain signatures, and enter orders into the service database while maintaining customer records.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Service Advisor experience.
• 1+ year of automotive technician experience is a plus.
• Team player focused on exemplary customer service.
• 1 year of mechanical understanding of an automobile.

Responsibilities

• Initiate automotive services by identifying performance problems and service requests.
• Serve as liaison between customer and technician to ensure needs are understood.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculate customer payment.
