- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair terminology.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume service drive.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and conduct vehicle walkarounds to assess service needs.
- Write accurate repair orders and service estimates.
- Explain repair timelines and costs clearly to customers.

Greet customers and conduct vehicle walkarounds to assess service needs and document concerns
Write accurate and detailed repair orders and service estimates
Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and costs clearly to customers
Coordinate workflow between customers and service technicians to ensure timely vehicle completion
Follow up with customers on vehicle status updates and obtain approvals for additional repairs
Upsell recommended maintenance services and manufacturer-suggested repairs
Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims accurately upon vehicle delivery
Prior experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance schedules, and repair terminology
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume service drive efficiently
Experience with automotive service software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) is a plus
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Team-oriented, professional, and detail-driven mindset
