Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in a customer-facing automotive role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair terminology.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume service drive.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and conduct vehicle walkarounds to assess service needs.
- Write accurate repair orders and service estimates.
- Explain repair timelines and costs clearly to customers.
- Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians.
- Follow up with customers on status updates and obtain approvals.
- Upsell maintenance services and manufacturer-recommended repairs.
- Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims at delivery.
