What You'll Do

You'll be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service. You'll manage the entire service process from write-up through completion, ensuring customer satisfaction while maximizing shop productivity and sales.

Compensation

This is a pay-for-performance position with uncapped earning potential. Compensation includes base pay plus commissions on labor sales, parts sales, and service contract sales. Top performers in our shop earn $65,000-$85,000+ annually. Your income is directly tied to your performance—the harder you work and the better you sell, the more you earn.
