Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Store Manager (Automotive Service & Tire) to lead a busy Sun Auto location. You’ll own the customer experience, team development, and day-to-day operations while partnering with district leadership to drive sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead high-performing teams.
• Experience managing store performance, budgets, labor, inventory, or P&L results.
• Strong customer service, sales, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including Saturdays and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean MV Records check.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates.
• Own store-level P&L and drive revenue growth.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS system.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency.
• Maintain safety-focused, inclusive work environment.
• Oversee opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
