Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Store Manager (Automotive Service & Tire) to lead a location with full responsibility for sales, service quality, and day-to-day operations. You will guide a team, manage budgets and KPIs, and partner with district leadership to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Experience managing store performance, budgets, KPIs, labor, inventory, or P&L results.
• Excellent customer service, sales, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a process-driven environment with attention to detail.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass MVRS check.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays, opening/closing shifts, and occasional holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates.
• Set clear expectations and maintain a safe, inclusive environment.
• Analyze store metrics and drive actions to meet targets (sales, car count, OB, etc.).
• Own store-level P&L, drive revenue growth, labor efficiency, and cost control.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS, including returns and warranties.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Serve as primary store contact for vendors, facilities, and equipment needs.
