Sun Auto Tire & Service in Lebanon, MO is seeking a Store Manager to lead an automotive service and tire location. You’ll own customer experience, team development, and day-to-day operations while driving sales, profitability, and safety.

The role offers salary plus bonus with growth opportunities within the Sun Auto network. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in automotive/service leadership, strong coaching skills, and a proven track record in store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and lead high-performing teams.
• Experience managing store performance, operational plans, KPIs, budgets, labor, inventory, or P&L results.
• Strong customer service, sales, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a process-driven environment with attention to detail and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience and build trust.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates to drive performance.
• Set clear expectations and maintain a positive, safety-focused work environment.
• Analyze store metrics and execute action plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Own store-level P&L by driving revenue growth, labor efficiency, cost control, and inventory discipline.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS, including invoicing, returns, core returns, and warranty tracking.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Serve as the primary store contact for vendors, facilities, and equipment needs.
• Keep the store clean, safe, organized, and compliant with standards and regulations.
• Work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays as applicable.
