Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead teams in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Experience managing store performance, KPIs, budgets, labor, inventory, or P&L results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer‑first experience and build trust.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates to drive performance.
• Set clear expectations and maintain a safe, inclusive, and accountable work environment.
• Analyze store metrics and implement plans to meet or exceed targets (sales, car count, profit).
• Own store-level P&L, drive revenue, labor efficiency, and inventory discipline.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS system and handle returns and warranty tracking.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism.
