Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Store Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead a fast-paced automotive service and tire location. You will own the customer experience, coach the team, and drive sales, profitability, and safety in daily operations.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage store KPIs and budgets, and partner with district leadership to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service. This role offers room for growth within Sun Auto’s leadership track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management.
• Strong track record in sales, operations and team leadership.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, labor, inventory or P&L results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates.
• Set expectations and maintain a safe, inclusive work environment.
• Analyze store metrics and plan actions to meet targets (sales, profit, labor).
• Own store-level P&L focusing on revenue, costs, and inventory control.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS, including returns and warranty tracking.
• Address escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Serve as primary store contact for vendors, facilities, and equipment.
