Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Store Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead a high-performing automotive service location. You will own the customer experience, develop a strong team, and drive sales and profitability while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role offers on-site leadership with opportunities for career advancement within the Sun Auto organization and a focus on operational excellence.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing store performance, budgets, labor, inventory, or P&L results.
• Strong customer service, sales, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with accountability and sound judgment.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates.
• Set clear expectations and maintain a positive, safety-focused work environment.
• Analyze store metrics and implement action plans to meet targets.
• Own store-level P&L by driving revenue, labor efficiency, cost control, and inventory discipline.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS system, including invoicing and returns.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Serve as primary store contact for vendors, facilities, and equipment needs.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with standards and regulations.
• Maintain flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
