Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience and build long-term relationships.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates to drive performance and retention.
• Set clear expectations and maintain a positive, safe, and accountable work environment.
• Analyze store metrics and execute plans to meet or exceed targets (sales, car count, ORO, gross profit, labor, inventory).
• Own store-level P&L by driving revenue, efficiency, cost control, and inventory discipline.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS, including receiving, invoicing, returns, and warranties.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism, coordinating with leadership as needed.
• Serve as primary store contact for vendors and facilities and ensure compliance and safety.
