Job summary

Stew Hansen Dodge, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, seeks an Automotive Service Technician to perform skilled repairs with integrity and teamwork. The PRO TECH program rewards performance with regular raises, tool allowances, and growth opportunities.

You will diagnose and repair vehicles, use the DMS for work orders, and uphold dealer standards. ASE or dealership certifications are highly preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Excellent benefits accompany this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, in accordance with dealership, state and factory standards.
• Address customers’ primary concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to attain ‘Fixed First Visit’ expectations.
• Perform the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection along with video on every vehicle; notify Service Advisor if more time is needed.
• Master our Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication and time keeping.
• Complete required training as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout workspace and in all customer vehicles.
