Job summary

Ken Garff Volkswagen Southtowne, part of the Ken Garff Automotive Group, is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to perform precise diagnostics, repairs and quality control on customer vehicles. The role emphasizes adherence to dealership standards, safety and the company’s PRO TECH program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• ASE or dealership certifications highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, in accordance with dealership, state and factory standards
• Address customers' primary concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to attain 'Fixed First Visit' expectations
• Master our Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication and time keeping
• Complete required training as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness throughout workspace and in all customer vehicles
