Zusammenfassung

Pep Boys is seeking full-time General Service Technicians at our Eagan, MN area centers, now part of the Mavis Tire family. You’ll perform essential maintenance and tire services, learning hands-on skills alongside experienced automotive professionals in a busy shop.

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Be comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.
• Paid training provided.

Aufgaben

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
