Pep Boys is now part of the Mavis Tire family. We are hiring full‑time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis in the Duluth, GA area. This role offers paid training, competitive weekly pay, and opportunities to grow within the nation's largest automotive service organization.

Responsibilities include tire mounting/dismounting, oil changes, fluid checks, inspections, and safe, quality service delivery. Prior automotive experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced automotive environment.
• Committed to safety, teamwork and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs and oil/filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Following safety and service procedures.
• Contributing to timely completion of customer vehicles.
