Pep Boys is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis at our Palatine, IL area centers. You’ll perform essential maintenance and tire services that keep customers on the road, working alongside experienced automotive professionals and gaining hands-on skills.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment
• Have a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service

Responsabilidades

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
