Pep Boys, now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis in the Aurora, IL area. You'll perform essential tire services and basic vehicle maintenance as part of a fast-paced automotive service center.

Paid training and growth opportunities are provided, with weekly pay and weekly incentive compensation. Prior automotive experience is not required, and the company emphasizes safety and quality service.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced automotive environment
• Paid training provided

Responsabilidades

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
