Pep Boys in Bloomington, IN, is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis at our automotive service centers. Whether you have automotive experience or are eager to learn, this is a chance to build a career with the nation’s largest automotive service organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus but not required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure timely completion of customer vehicles
