Mavis Tires & Brakes in Minnesota is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join our team in the Eagan area. We are part of the nation’s largest automotive service organization, offering paid training, competitive weekly pay, and weekly incentive compensation.

As a General Service Technician, you’ll perform essential tire services, oil changes, fluid checks, and basic maintenance while working with experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Be comfortable in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Tire mounting, dismounting, rotation, and balancing.
• Flat tire repairs and oil/filter changes.
• Check and top off vehicle fluids; basic maintenance.
• Identify maintenance concerns and communicate findings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow safety procedures.
• Contribute to timely completion of customer vehicles and quality service.
