Mercedes Benz Salt Lake City, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to uphold our values of respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork. You will deliver precise repairs, stay current with factory bulletins, and use our ProTech program rewards to grow professionally.

Formación

• 2–3 years of automotive technician experience preferred.
• ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications describe your background.
• Accurate, detail-oriented work with patience and good judgment.
• Ability to read and comprehend job-related instructions and information.

Responsabilidades

• Perform efficient, expert repairs on orders per dealer, state, and factory standards.
• Maintain knowledge of factory technical bulletins and updates.
• Address customers’ concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to meet Fixed First Visit goals.
• Perform the KG Electronic Multi Point Inspection on every vehicle.
• Notify Service Advisor if issues require more time or differ from initial assessment.
• Use Reynolds DMS for timekeeping, work distribution, inspections, quotes, and communication.
• Maintain cleanliness and tool accountability; uphold a “leave no trace” standard.
