• Experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repair on various vehicle makes/models.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer concerns using provided tools.
• Greet customers and maintain courtesy.
• Keep up to date with technical publications and service communications.
• Ensure safe, high-quality service delivered on first visit.
• Address original customer concerns before pursuing additional sales.
• Inspect vehicles for additional sales opportunities per local/factory recommendations.
• Return vehicles clean or cleaner than arrival.
• Participate in factory or internal training programs.
• Complete paperwork accurately and attach forms to RO copy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Service Manager/leadership.
• Arrive on time, in clean uniform and ready to work.
