Job summary

Paragon Honda is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to deliver high-quality vehicle service and customer satisfaction. You will troubleshoot concerns with the latest tools, work on multiple makes and models, and ensure service is completed right the first time.

Ideal candidates have ASE certification, a valid driver's license, and a professional, energetic attitude. You will participate in training and contribute to a respectful, customer-focused service environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ASE certification required.
• Experience with warranty and non-warranty service across makes and models.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer concerns with tools and procedures.
• Greet customers and maintain courtesy in the service drive.
• Stay current with technical publications and service communications.
• Ensure safe, first-time quality service delivery.
• Complete paperwork accurately and attach forms to RO.
• Participate in training programs and leadership activities.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and look for additional sales opportunities.
• Report to Service Manager or Group Leader.
