• Experience with warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repair across various vehicle makes and models.

• Troubleshoot customer vehicle concerns using current technical and administrative tools.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.
• Greet customers in the service drive area as needed.
• Stay updated with technical publications, service communications, and system operations.
• Ensure safe, high-quality vehicle service delivered correctly on the first visit.
• Address all original customer concerns before recommending additional services.
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly per local and factory recommendations.
• Return vehicles clean and in excellent condition.
• Participate in factory and in-house training programs.
• Complete paperwork accurately and attach necessary documentation.

Job Details

• Salary: $20 - $35 per hour
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Madison, NJ 07940

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer vehicle concerns using current technical and administrative tools.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.
• Assist in greeting customers in the service drive area when needed.
• Stay updated with technical publications, service communications, and system operations.
• Ensure safe, high-quality vehicle service delivered correctly on the first visit.
• Address all original customer concerns comprehensively before recommending additional services.
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly for maintenance in line with local and factory recommendations.
• Return vehicles to customers clean and in excellent condition.
• Participate actively in factory and in-house training programs.
• Accurately complete all required paperwork and attach necessary documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain punctuality, professional appearance, and wear a clean uniform daily.

Work Hours
