Job summary

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer concerns using provided tools.
• Greet customers and maintain courtesy.
• Act as secondary customer greeter in Service Drive.
• Keep up to date with technical publications and service communications.
• Ensure safe and quality service delivered as promised.
• Address original concerns before pursuing additional sales.
• Inspect vehicles for additional sales opportunities.
• Ensure the vehicle is returned clean and presentable.
• Participate in training programs.
• Complete paperwork accurately with RO forms.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager, ASM or Group Leader.
• Come to work on time in a clean uniform.
