Qualifications

• Experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections and repairs.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer concerns using current tools.
• Maintain courtesy toward all customers.
• Greet customers in the service drive area.
• Stay updated with technical publications and service communications.
• Ensure safe and quality service is delivered on first visit.
• Address original concerns before pursuing additional sales.
• Inspect vehicles for additional sales opportunities per local and factory guidelines.
• Ensure vehicles are returned clean.
• Participate in training programs.
• Complete paperwork accurately and attach forms to RO.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager or lead.
• Come to work on time in a clean uniform.
