Napleton Nissan in Kissimmee, FL is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to perform vehicle repair and maintenance to dealership and factory standards. You will diagnose issues, service vehicles, and help build customer loyalty by delivering trusted service.

The role requires automotive technician experience, a valid driver's license, and ASE certification is desirable. Ongoing factory training, paid certifications, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per repair order to dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals including employees and customers.
• Keep abreast of factory bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized work area.

Job Responsibilities:
