Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician at Napleton's Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat in St. Peters, MO.

The role involves vehicle repair and maintenance per dealer and factory standards while building customer loyalty through trust and confidence in Napleton. Experience and ASE certification are valued, and the team emphasizes growth opportunities within a large automotive group.

Qualifications

• Automotive service technician experience.
• ASE certification desirable.
• Excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
• Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers.
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized work area.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effectively diagnosing vehicles.

Job Requirements:

• Automotive Service Technician experience
• ASE certification desirable
• Excellent customer service

• Valid Driver’s License
