Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with service bay exposure.
• Basic math and cash handling; comfortable with POS and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store operations in the manager's absence.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors.
• Assist with scheduling to cover peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard new team members on procedures, POS, and customer service.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment reflecting brand values.
• Greet customers, explain services, and build trust with fast, quality work.
• Support upsell of services per manufacturer guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering.
• Ensure shop and customer areas stay clean and safe; enforce policies.
• Track daily sales, productivity, and KPIs.
