Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that includes time in the service bay.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; comfortable using point-of-sale and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors to deliver high-quality service.
• Schedule team coverage during peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard new team members on service procedures and POS systems.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment reflecting brand values.
• Greet customers, explain services, and upsell based on guidelines.
• Assist with daily store operations, cash handling, and POS transactions.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering as directed by the Store Manager.
• Support safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized shop area.
• Track daily sales, productivity, and KPIs to stay aligned with store goals.
